Terms and Conditions

Bloomary is operated by DailyMind LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 439959. These Terms explain the rules for using Bloomary at https://bloomary.life/, the Bloomary iOS app, and related Bloomary pages and support channels.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Bloomary, you agree to these Terms. If you use Bloomary on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Bloomary.

2. The Service

Bloomary helps you capture insights, write LinkedIn post drafts, preview posts, save drafts locally, connect LinkedIn, publish to LinkedIn when you choose, and send feedback to us.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features for security, reliability, legal, product, or business reasons.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be legally able to use Bloomary and to connect any LinkedIn account you choose to use with it. You are responsible for keeping your device, browser profile, LinkedIn account, and app access secure.

If you connect LinkedIn, you must use an account that you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. LinkedIn

Bloomary uses LinkedIn sign-in and publishing permissions only for features you choose to use. LinkedIn is a third-party service and has its own terms, policies, limits, review rules, and availability.

You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn rules. DailyMind LTD is not responsible for LinkedIn rejecting, limiting, removing, or changing access to any content, account, API, or permission.

Bloomary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with LinkedIn. LinkedIn trademarks belong to their respective owner.

5. Your Content

You own the text, drafts, images, feedback, and other materials you create or provide through Bloomary, subject to any rights held by other people or third parties.

You give DailyMind LTD a limited permission to process your content only as needed to provide Bloomary, publish content when you request it, send feedback messages, prevent abuse, maintain security, debug issues, and comply with law.

You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful, accurate enough for your use, and does not violate confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, employment, platform, or other obligations.

Do not upload or publish confidential, regulated, client, employer, or third-party material unless you have the right to use it.

6. Local Drafts and Data

Bloomary is designed to keep drafts local where possible. Drafts may remain on your device, browser profile, or app storage until you delete them, clear storage, disconnect, or remove the app.

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Bloomary to:

• break applicable law or platform rules;
• publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights;
• send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, threats, or unlawful promotions;
• misrepresent yourself, your company, your results, or your relationship with another person;
• probe, overload, attack, reverse engineer, or bypass security of Bloomary or related systems;
• upload malware, harmful code, or content intended to damage another system;
• use automation or scraping against Bloomary unless we explicitly allow it in writing.

8. AI Assistance

Bloomary may include AI-assisted writing or restructuring features. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, too generic, or inappropriate for your context. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted output before using or publishing it.

Bloomary is intended to help you express your own work more clearly, not to replace your judgment, identity, expertise, or responsibility.

You must verify names, claims, facts, numbers, results, and offers before publishing.

9. Feedback

If you send feedback, bug reports, screenshots, feature ideas, examples, or other suggestions, you allow DailyMind LTD to use them to understand, improve, develop, market, and support Bloomary without owing compensation.

Do not send confidential information as feedback unless you are comfortable with us using it for support and product improvement.

10. Payments and Future Paid Features

Bloomary may currently be free or partly free. We may introduce paid subscriptions, paid features, or special access later. If we do, the applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase or in the relevant app store flow.

11. Third-Party Services

Bloomary may rely on or link to third-party services, including LinkedIn, Cloudflare, Resend, Sentry, TelemetryDeck, Telegram, Calendly, Apple, and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, policies, outages, changes, or decisions.

12. Community

Bloomary may provide access to a Telegram community for support, feedback, product discussion, and peer exchange. The community may use a statistics bot and an anti-spam moderation bot.

By joining the community, you agree to follow the community rules, avoid spam and abuse, and understand that admins or moderation bots may remove messages, restrict access, or ban accounts to protect the group.

13. Intellectual Property

Bloomary, including its software, design, brand, interface, text, workflows, and related materials, belongs to DailyMind LTD or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may use Bloomary only as allowed by these Terms and the app features we make available to you.

14. No Guaranteed Results

Bloomary may help you write, clarify, preview, save, and publish better posts. We do not guarantee followers, reach, impressions, engagement, trust, leads, revenue, offers, sales, jobs, partnerships, or any other outcome.

15. Disclaimers

Bloomary is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that Bloomary will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every risk, compatible with every device or browser, or available at all times.

We do not provide legal, financial, employment, tax, marketing, or professional advice through Bloomary.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DailyMind LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, lost data, or platform account issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DailyMind LTD's total liability for claims related to Bloomary is limited to the amount you paid for Bloomary in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if you used Bloomary for free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to protect DailyMind LTD from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Bloomary, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Bloomary if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, misused the service, or if continued operation becomes impractical for legal, technical, or business reasons.

You may stop using Bloomary at any time. You can delete local drafts, disconnect LinkedIn, clear browser storage, or remove the iOS app.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above shows the current version. Continued use of Bloomary after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
